About the Role:
We’re hiring a Transport Manager to oversee our growing fleet operations across the UK. This role involves managing drivers, routes, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules
• Manage driver performance, training, and safety standards
• Oversee fleet maintenance and vehicle tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with UK transport laws and company policies
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• CPC in Transport Management (essential)
• 3+ years of experience in a fleet or logistics management role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of UK transport compliance and reporting
